Did not include all items listed on window sticker as dealer installed, lied about standard options included. Vehicle had a few hundred more miles than recorded on my bill of sale. I know I should have verified all this but it was late so shame on me.
Needed to replace the battery in my 2017 Sonic, Chris got me in first thing in the morning and I was out in about 30 minutes. Always great service from Chris and the service department.
I enjoyed my time working with my sales guy Eric. The finance department was great as well. Vehicle detailing was top notch.

Awesome service! My oil leak has been repaired and my car is running great now.
We are usually happy with them but not this time. We got our rear brakes done about 3 weeks ago and our brakes started making squeaking/grinding noise. We brought it back but of course they hear nothing. The mechanic seemed annoyed that we brought it back. It is now making noise when the car is moving. We have had people walk to us in a parking lot telling us to gage our brakes looked at but hey they aren’t making a noise. Guess it’s time to try another service center.
New 2026 Yukon sold with defect, horrible communication, dozen unanswered messages, weeks in shop, conditional compensation—disappointing experience.
The representative was very Professional and gave us a wonderful deal. They were very attentive and accommodating. I love my new vehicle!

Dino was great in assisting and answering all of my questions. Unfortunately, my GMC 2019 Denali Terrain is a piece of garbage at 77,000 miles (nothing but problems since purchasing it. I would never purchase another GM product. I'll go back to Ford or another manufacture.
over all the oil change and tire rotation went well but when I picked up my car I found the old oil change sticker still on front left front of windshield and the new sticker laying on my dash. My drivers seat was totally moved and set different which i under stand your people need to drive my car but to change the set completely and not event set it back to the preset was kind of upsetting. Went in for recall fix They had easy online appointment which was easy Got my truck in next business day Received shuttle service which was a great help Got my truck back I an hour And they washed it!!!!!! Always receive 5 star level service. Only place I will take my 2 Vehicles. That are transparent and honest. Advisor Chris very professional, is considerate of my time, and ensures efficient turn around. This team knows their products and I am confident in the service they provide.
Unwilling to be competitive with 1) preapproved financing and 2) CarMax/Carvana offers on trade-in (they would only match the lowest offers). Offers provided were not transparent on APR or whether rebates discussed were included. When I asked if there was anything else they could do to be competitive, they said no - which was fine. But after I shook hands and began to head to the door, within 2 steps I heard the individual (which I'll not call out here) loudly crumple the offer. Great service from the sales person Henry La to the finance dept Jason. This is my 3rd vehicle at this location. They were able to transfer my veteran plates and that made very happy. The DMV was not helpful and very rude. Excellent service at Castles.
Terrible customer service. The vehicle I purchased had multiple problems, under warranty, Jerome made every excuse not to fix it, even going as far as to call me a liar. I had to argue for weeks, to finally get it fixed. However, he still hasn't reimbursed me for the tolls the service department incurred while test driving my vehicle, although he assured me he would. Jerome also does not return calls/emails. You have to call the receptionist and make them hunt him down while you hold, or just show up in his office to get a response.
I put off buying a new car for years knowing how painful the process can be. Through friends, it was suggested I work with Bill Ciszon at Castle Chevrolet McHenry as I have been looking at the new models and knew what I wanted.
All I can say it the whole process was painless. My old car had no bells and whistles so a new one would take a minute to learn all I can do. I no longer have to manually turn on my headlights! Yes, it’s a very excitable feature. Ha!
